13NovTime for something new!
Posted on November 13, 2010 in Personal byI have to admit it has been a while since I wrote anything. For that I'm really sorry. There are several reasons for this. So let me tell you a little about what's going one.
Whatever happened to TYPO3?
I'm currently not really working on any TYPO3 projects. Thus it's harder for me to start writing articles about cool things you can do with TYPO3. This doesn't mean that I have abandoned TYPO3. I still love to work with it! My job currently doesn't provide me to work on any TYPO3 project though.
Of course I can write beginner tutorials, or stuff I've worked on in the past. And trust me, I will. Just not with the same frequency as before. For the simple reason that writing articles like this will take several hours, which I simply don't have (or want to spend on writing articles
).
What's new?
Two things actually! Let's start with on a professional level. At the office I'm currently working on a project in combination with Zend Framework and Facebook. It's something I can't really share a lot of information about yet, but you can expect some cool posts considering that coming up soon.
Second! Arduino! Microcontrollers! Cool! If this doesn't ring any bells, well I guess it doesn't
It's something I starterd recently with (as a hobby). So this is something I really like to do in my free time (when I have some). It combines programming and electronics to build and create awesome things!
What is to be expected?
I will still continue to write articles. About TYPO3, Zend Framework, working with the Facebook API and of course Arduino. However I'm not going to make a frequency of 2-3 posts a week. Posts will come and go, as I have time or not. I hope you all understand :-)

Really they arent bad news
Zend framework it is a good combination to use with TYPO3, I'm already doing it with the zend_framework + extbase + fluid extension and rocks.
In the other hand Arduino is something different, fresh, something to change your mind a bit.
I hope to read you at least one post per week, i'm really happy with this blog. I dont mind this little change cause we are doing the same things
See you Sebastiaan
